EVO® JSP VISTAlens® Linesman Safety Helmet  – Vented

EVO® SP VISTAlens® Linesman Safety Helmet is a next generation feature-rich safety helmet based on proven Evolution® head protection technology, incorporating a fully retractable optical class 1 integrated overspec with B-rated impact resistance. The eyewear is interchangeable, allowing users to swap the overspec for a VISTAshield® faceshield, to ensure the appropriate protection is on hand when required.

The EVO® JSP VISTAlens® Linesman Safety Helmet has been developed from the ground up to seamlessly integrate with a wide range of above the neck PPE. Fitted with the Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness, the helmet is designed to reduce pressure for the perfect fit and all-day comfort.

Another excellent feature of the VISTAlens helmet range is the improved upward visibility that the front peak affords. When fitted with a “smoked” front section, the glasses compartment is translucent, allowing the wearer to see upward through the front peak section of the shell.

• K Rated – Anti-Scratch resistance to surface damage from fine particles
• N Rated – Anti-Mist resistance to fogging
• T – Impact protection at extremes of temperature (-5°C to +55°C)
• UV Protection – 2: UV filter (EN170) provides protection from harmful UV. UV 2C-1.2 2: UV filter (EN170) provides protection from harmful UV. C: Unimpaired colour perception. 1.2: High light transmission.
• Molten Metal Tested – No penetration to helmet shell. Shell deformation must remain under < 10mm
• Lateral Deformation Tested – Additional EN397 test
• -40°C Tested – The helmet is pretreated in a cold chamber at -40°C for up to 24 hours. The Helmet withstands EN397 tests
• EN50365 Electrical Insulation – For use on low voltage installations. This optional test ensures reliable protection against electric shock up to AC 1000 V or DC 1500 V

SAFETY CELL

The safety cell concept prevents ricocheting debris travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp. In addition the overspec cannot make contact with the scalp, preventing injury should it be forced back on to the safety cell.

INTERCHANGEABLE EYE PROTECTION

VISTAlens® is available in clear or indoor/outdoor lens shades, offering B-rated impact resistance. Swap out the overspec for a VISTAshield® faceshield, providing high-energy impact resistance and greater coverage.

FLEXIBLE FIT

The new Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness eliminates pressure points to offer extreme comfort. Manufactured with a unique 3D profile and extended nape section, the flexible strap contours to the head for a secure fit.

TPR LENS SEAL

The TPR (thermoplastic rubber) seal moulds to the wearer’s face, creating a seal for enhanced projectile protection and reduced misting of the lens.

PRESCRIPTION EYEWEAR COMPATIBLE

This Helmet is fully compatible with prescription eyewear, the EVO®VISTAlens® allows the wearer’s prescription glasses to be worn comfortably underneath the integrated overspec, reducing the cost whilst ensuring optimum protection and vision.

COMPATIBILITY

EVO®VISTAlens® is designed to maximise compatibility with other JSP PPE, such as the Force®8 half mask with PressToCheck™ filters, Sonis® mounted ear defenders and EVOGuard® visors.

ADVANCED ACCESSORIES

Specially engineered attachment points on the helmet shell enable fitting of an advanced range of accessories, including headlamps, goggles and ID card holders.

VENTILATION OPTION

Optional dual vented shell increases comfort and encourages a cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperatures by an average 2-3 degrees.
