The Portwest FP52 Double Elasticated 1.8m Lanyard with Shock Absorber allows total freedom of movement while working at height, acting as the rope between yourself, your harness and the anchor point above. The lanyard is fully certified to ensure your safety, while alloy steel, aluminium and PVC ensure durability.

This double ended elasticated lanyard features a shock absorber, two scaffold hooks, a carabiner and is made from elasticated polyester webbing. It is 180cm long including connectors when fully extended.

Lanyards

The Portwest Lanyard is suitable for use as part of a fall arrest system. When connected to a safety harness, this will allow you to safety work from height, as should you fall, the fall arrest system will be able to take your weight. The elasticated design means that should you fall, your fall will be far more comfortable, with the double carabiner offers more freedom of movement at height.
