JSP EVO VISTAlens Dualswitch CR2 Vented Safety Helmet combines the new EVO® VISTA® retractable eyewear helmet technology with the innovative DUALSWITCH™ chinstrap system, fully certified to both EN 397 and EN 12492 with the ability to change between the two standards easily at the flick of a switch.

The VISTAshield® faceshield offers A-rated impact resistance – tested with a 6mm steel ball bearing at speeds of up to 425mph (685kph). The eyewear is interchangeable, allowing users to swap the faceshield for a VISTAlens® overspec, to ensure the appropriate protection is on hand when required.

• Molten Metal Tested – No penetration to helmet shell. Shell deformation must remain under < 10mm
• Lateral Deformation Tested – Additional EN 397 test
• -40°C Tested – The helmet is pretreated in a cold chamber at -40°C for up to 24 hours.

Safety Cell

The safety cell concept prevents ricocheting debris travelling up the eyewear and impacting the scalp. In addition the faceshield cannot make contact with the scalp, preventing injury should it be forced back on to the safety cell.

4 Point Chin Strap

The 4-point chinstrap is easy to adjust on the head. Size and anchorage point adjustment enable a tailored fit for different head sizes, ensuring stability and greater comfort.

Switch Down

The chinstrap release force of EN 12492 is greater than 500 Newtons. This will limit the risk of losing the helmet during a fall.

Switch Up

The chinstrap release force of EN 397 is between 150 and 250 Newtons. This will limit the risk of choking; the chinstrap is designed to release if caught up.

Interchangeable Eye Protection

The VISTAshield® faceshield provides A-rated impact protection. Swap with a VISTAlens® overspec for medium-energy impact protection with a close-fitting TPR seal, available in clear and indoor/outdoor lens shades.

Maximum Comfort

The Revolution® Flex wheel ratchet harness secures the helmet, eliminating pressure points to provide maximum comfort. Fitted with a replaceable Chamlon™ cotton sweatband and fully compatible with EVO® cooling sweatbands for protection against heat stress.

Secure Fit

The harness cradles the head to keep the helmet stable with an adjustable 4-point chinstrap for increased security. 3D-Adjustment depth settings enable the most precise fit attainable on a safety helmet.

EVO®VISTAshield® has been designed to maximise facial coverage while remaining compact to allow freedom of movement

Prescription Eyewear Compatible

Fully compatible with prescription eyewear, the EVO®VISTAlens® allows the wearer’s prescription glasses to be worn comfortably underneath the integrated overspec, reducing cost and ensuring optimum protection and vision.

Compatability

EVO®VISTAshield® DualSwitch™ is designed to be compatible with other JSP PPE, such as the Force®8 half mask with PressToCheck™ filters and Sonis® mounted ear defenders.

Advanced Accessories

Specially engineered attachment points on the helmet shell enable fitting of an advanced range of accessories, including headlamps, goggles and ID card holders.

Ventilation

Dual vented shell increases comfort and encourages a cooling air flow, reducing helmet temperatures by an average 2-3 degrees.
