Do you charge for delivery?

All deliveries are charged at a flat rate dependant on the weight of your order. Items are shipped via DPD or Parcelforce. The cost of delivery will be visible within your order in the Cart section of the site.

What is your lead time for orders?

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours from when your oder is placed.

While we aim to deliver your orders by the estimated dispatch date, in busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer than usual. If your order is urgent please contact our team who will try to ensure your delivery date is met.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including American Express as well as GooglePay. BAC’s is also available, we just ask you reference your sales order number found at the top of your quotation.

Where can I find the size guide for my item?

Where applicable, size guides can be found on the product page by selecting the size guide tab just above the product description.

When will you be getting more stock?

If you see an item that is currently out of stock in your size, just drop us a message in the ‘contact us’ page, which can be found at the bottom of every page on the site or email us at sales@ttus.co.uk and we will notify you as soon as the product is available.

I need my order urgently.

If you require your order on a faster turnaround than what our website is quoting please contact our sales team by emailing sales@ttus.co.uk or via live chat. They will be able to process your order and advise if the date required can be achieved.

Can I return my items?

Items can be returned within 28 days of receiving your order. All items should be returned in their original condition including packaging and tags where available. If you have not requested a return within 28 days of receiving your order we will assume you are keeping the goods and won’t authorise a return.

If your item is faulty please notify us within 48 hours of receipt of your goods. Our Customer Support Team may require supporting images for faulty items, please include these in your initial email so we are able to come to a resolution swiftly.

We will arrange all returns and refunds if neccessary, free of charge.
