The JSP Bump Cap Aerolite® 60° Micro Peak is the lightest full shell bump cap available on the market.

A direct evolution of the popular HardCap A1+™, the HardCap AeroLite® represents the forefront of innovation within the JSP® head protection range, providing complete protection in its category by meeting the requirements of EN 812.

Developed and refined by JSP´s in-house Research and Development department, the HardCap AeroLite® weighs less than 135g without compromising on performance.

Features & Benefits

Full HDPE Shell

Underneath the sleek textile cover is a tough HDPE sheel and a lightweight EPP impact liner, carefully designed to allow for flexibility and comfort for the wearer.

Reflective Areas

Large reflective areas on the side panels of the cover and reflective piping around the peak provide extra visibility and improved safety in low-light conditions. Not available on HardCap Aerolite® 60°

Fit & Comfort

There is a replaceable padding to provide extra comfort and a better fit. The comfort pad and the sweatband are moisture wicking to move sweat away from the skin.

Peak Options

Available in black or blue as standard and with either a 5cm or 2.5cm peak. The longer peak provides better shade and the shorter peak provides improved vision when looking upward.

Air Flow Technology

The cover has large open weave panels allowing the easy transfer of cool air. This substantially reduces head build-up and discomfort for the wearer, especially when worn over long periods.

Anti Bacterial

The cover is removable and machine washable. The sweatband and padding are treated with Polygiene®, which reduces skin irritation, odours and wash cycles, and prolongs the lifetime of the fabric.

Washable at 60°C

The HardCap AeroLite®60° liner may be cleaned with soap and warm water however this product is also machine washable at 60°C.

Heat Transfer Logos

Heat transfer your logo onto either the front, back or side of your Hardcap A1+, HardCap Aerolite® or HardCap Aerolite® 60°.
